"We needed emergency services after our vet was already closed and options were limited! Starting from the phone call they were very friendly and kind! When we got there they were extremely pleasant, engaged, and you can tell they like where they work and what they do- from the front desk to the techs and the vet!! I’m actually planning to switch them to our primary vet based on this visit! It was a pleasant experience to be greeted with smiles and not feel like they were just out to get more money! My vet would have easily stated that our dog needed sedated and an overnight stay for the cut on her ear and I would have spend easily $500. Instead they did the minimum necessary and provided excellent care at an excellent price. We will be back!"
