"Pharmacy tech was extremely rude, She did not wnat to look up my children's insurance then said their cards don't work the work at the Dr so I don't know what she was doing wrong, I explained since the insurance didn't work I'll have to put one back and she stared at me and i had to say it twice!! She didn't listen until my husband repeated it to her. The pharmacist did not care to try to see why she couldn't find their insurance. I will never go back to this Pharmacy. Situation could have been handled very differently with a little bit of kindness and patience from the staff. She did not care at all to try and find why the insurance wasn't working."
