"I have been obsessed with the Dutch ovens from Le Creuset for years. They’re (obviously) so expensive but this store has incredible prices and such a wide range of offerings. I personally only wanted white products which was much smaller, but I was very pleased."

"1. I ordered 3 items from Lecreuset and paid an extra $20 for 2 day delivery as these items were a gift. 2. In 2 days, 2 of the items were delivered. I called the customer service line and waited for 2 hours and nine minutes before someone answered. 53 minutes later I still had no answers or resolution. 3. I have requested a refund on the “contact us” email site 5 of the last 7 days with zero response. 4. These items are way too expensive to be ignored as a customer as there are many other comparable, less costly, options in iron cookware."

"Unresponsive staff. Contacted them for availability and pricing prior to placing a phone order. They never responded. Will take my business elsewhere from now on. Also noteworthy that these stores often sell the older Classic and not the newer and better Signature line. Don't be misled."

"This place is amazing. The prices are much better than retail. I was thinking of getting a full priced Dutch oven and just happened to see this store when I went to the outlets. I am so happy I did. I was able to get a soup pot and braiser. They had a great color selection and the staff was friendly but not over-bearing. I’ll be back for some more pieces next year."
