"Awesome shop, even more awesome staff. Brought my 7 year old son in to check out boards and Elijah (sorry if I misspelled it) came right up to us and started showing him all of the boards that would be good for him. He helped both of us build our decks and explained the entire process and why he suggested what he did. Again, awesome shop, awesome staff and we will definitely be back for future purchases."

"Great surf shop. Not a lot of parking and not really a big shop but they deff have a variety of clothes and other items. Customer service employees are friendly and very knowledgeable about surfing and can help you with anything you are in need of. Great experience, will definitely be back."
"Bought some hybrid O’Neill shorts from here and after wearing them one time for a couple hours noticed the seams were coming undone in multiple spots. I came back to the store with my receipt to see if they would help me out with a new pair as I should be able to wear shorts more than one time without having this issue. The guy I spoke with inspected the shorts and told me it looks like I fell on concrete. I do not skate and did not fall to cause this. He then proceeded to scratch at the seams and actually made it worse. He told me they would not help me out and handed my shorts back. Many stores would chalk this up to faulty manufacturing or whatever and at least let me get a new pair of shorts that I paid $50+. Since this was a poor customer experience in my opinion I will not be returning to shop there."
