"Absolutely disgusting store. The Store Manager and Sales Associates were absolutely lazy. We stood at the register for 15 minutes, until I made my husband go find someone and even the sales associate he found said she would not go up to the register. Store Manager needs to train her employees better to not be so lazy and actually take initiative. Sales associate and manager acted like all the customer in the store were an inconvenience to them. They were constantly just standing around on their phone. Store Manager needs to do better, and corporate needs to step in because this store was absolutely disgusting."

"Without former Sales Associate Shameka there is no Rack Room Shoes in downtown Charleston on King Str. She was the best Sales Associate to have worked for Rack Room. She had an eye for fashion and shoes, she had a personality out of this world everyone loved her when she was at Rack Room Shoes. All the tourists could talk about was Shameka and her greatness. Now that she's no longer there Rack Room will not be the same to some of us regulars or tourists."
"Great staff, friendly and helpful, they even directed us towards online coupons to help with the cost of the shoes, I guess my issue was with the BOGO 50% off stickers everywhere, but we chose a couple different manufacturers and those did not count for the BOGO discount. So the store should be more careful with where they place those discount labels. Still worth going to and good prices."
