"I recently had two great experiences with Cross Island Bike Rental. I purchased two of their used beach cruisers for a very reasonable price. They were very helpful in choosing the bikes and then switching out different seats, adding chain guards to both bikes, and adding a basket to one of them. Couldn’t be happier with our purchase! The following week, we rented two bikes for guests. The price was reasonable, the bikes worked great, and they were delivered and picked up on time."

"Great value in Hilton Head! Rented a beach cruiser for a week and after the first ride, the bike had a mechanical issue... they came out to me and switched bikes within 15min - great service and friendly staff! I rode approx 70miles around the island over the week and found the free basket very helpful. It was fun being able to ride on the beach (on packed dry sand) and the bike trails around the island were incredibly functional, safe, and easy to ride."
