They don’t relegate themselves to staying behind the counter and I can always tell they very genuinely care. I bought my Gary Wilson longboard from them, and in the entire process—from initial browsing and selection to even include post-sale support— they were absolutely phenomenal. Every step of the way. They educated me and helped me make an informed decision that led to buying a board that I love taking to the water every weekend. I’ve honestly never had an experience at Ocean Surf Shop that didn’t meet or exceed the standards they’ve already set in my mind. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you!"

An item I purchased somehow didn't make it in the bag, and I didn't realize until they were closed, and we had to leave town the following morning before they opened. I called up the next day, and they apologized and offered to ship it to me. Great service, right?? It didn't end there! Not only did they ship it to me, but they included a free hat with a handwritten note! Thank you so much guys! Can't wait to come again next time I'm in town!
