Starbucks

"Upon entering on a Sunday, the staff seemed busy and hard at work providing coffee and drinks for customers. However after standing in what I assumed was the line for about 5 minutes, another customer entered and bought a seasonal cup, cashing out by the register. The staff here did not greet me, did not provide any reassurance of eventual service and allowed me to stand in an empty coffee shop aimlessly looking around, too shy to ask for service. I know I could have just asked for service however it's been a long morning and I really wasn't looking to speak much. Just order a coffee and leave. I don't expect five star service from a Starbucks, but being actively ignored, and not a single word spoken from any of the staff as I stood clearly patiently waiting to make an order is crazy. I guess I wasn't included in whatever this shop had going on. I definitely felt not welcomed, very weird atmosphere from 4+ employees, especially since I was the only customer in the whole lobby. Refer to my image. Starbucks has a good product but this location seemed to lack any sort of customer service. I haven't walked into a location in a while and felt so uncomfortable and unwanted in a while."

"I had to come back and change my review unfortunately. But this is why I order my drink with no foam, if I wanted a medium I would have ordered one...and there is more foam below that. The afternoon crew is great at this, the morning crew needs...to maybe read the label, or ask what the "No foam" button actually means. ****** On the bright side I still prefer this location over the others."

"I usually hate this starbucks, but TODAY MATT understood the assignment. I dont mind tipping, but I always wait because my drink is never made to my likings especially for almost $8 it needs to be perfect. Thanks Matt it was great"

"Quick service, friendly and skilled staff. Can be hit or miss if they have some items on the menu (had an issue with no cold brew available) but I suppose that is to be expected with seasonal items"

"Decent Starbucks, inside closed so I expected the drive through to at least be a little bit quicker. Drinks were decent but they are very very heavy with the cream and toppings if you like that kinda thing. I decreased the amount in mine when I ordered and still felt like I was drinking sugar and cream with a splash of coffee. Employees very nice."
