"We’ve visited many dog groomers over the years and we finally found one I feel I can 100% trust! My dogs are clean, soft and happy when I pick them up. Even my very nervous rescue dog does well. It’s a little pricey, but I haven’t compared them to any other groomers lately because I’m not willing to change anyway. I have just adjusted how often I take them in. We visited in 2017 and 2018, but stopped going because of the owners. They are under new ownership since that time and they are great!! I definitely recommend them!"

"As a business owner myself, I was very disappointed in the way they interacted with me. They gave me an attitude because my dog was very nervous. 40 minutes later, I get a text saying the dog was ready. The service took less than 40 minutes. I don't feel they took their time to really take care of everything that I paid for and rushed things just to be done with my dog as quick as possible. Then they called me and asked me to hurry up because my dog was going "super crazy". I get there, and I get another nasty attitude from the owner (lady with dark hair) and a young lady at the counter. I asked if anything had happened with my dog, and the groomer said all was fine while the owner kept saying "he's going super crazy", both contradicting themselves. I get the dog and took him to my car and honestly, he didn't smell as good as I would hope for. Other groomers leave my dog smelling like a doll. Then, they don't take credit cards so I had to pay them with cash. And to top it all off, I asked for a receipt and more nasty attitude was given and the young lady at the counter said "I don't know how to write a receipt". Well, she finally did, and didn't even know how to rip it from the notebook and almost damage it. The owner then walked over and told her to send me an email with my receipt next time while being arrogant. Well, there won't be a next time. I thought about giving them a try since it's a local business, but they didn't earn it. Awful experience for both me and my dog!!"

"Groomers here do an excellent job and love their work. If you have to leave a message they will return your call promptly. Appointments are necessary. If you pay cash you can choose an extra treatment, like conditioner. There are many options to suit your pet. Prices are reasonable for their excellent quality work."
