"I cannot stress enough how many issues we've had with this company. Saddle fitters that would not contact us back for over 4 months, saddle fitters aim at selling new saddles and have no interest in properly fitting the horse. We have laid out thousands for a saddle that is not properly fit to our horse, we now need to buy another saddle to replace this one that has barely been used, since our horse now has back and shoulder issues caused by a poorly fit saddle. All the while we were charged money for repeated visits to properly fit the horse and each time the fitter failed to properly fit the saddle to our horse and may have even damaged the saddle that was sold to us. I cannot stress enough how strongly I feel about avoiding this company."

"Absolutely love my Custom Saddles!! My dressage saddles allow the horses full use of their shoulders and backs. And the fact that I can have them rechecked every 6 months to adjust to my horses development is absolutely key in my program. My jump saddles are extremely comfortable and provide me with the most security while allowing my horses the freedom and flexibility to jump their best The company is also amazing to work with and Sarah, my fitter, is always willing to come out and make adjustments to make sure my horses are in the peak comfort level."
