"We just got new carpet installed from Joel‘s for all of our bedrooms, about 1100 ft. They went above and beyond to find the style that I wanted. The price was also the best compared to other companies that I quoted in Greenwood. The service was outstanding. They gave us the quote very quickly and came out and measured right away. Then after we placed the order, the carpet only took about a week to get in. They scheduled the install for just a few days after that. The install crew was extremely quick clean and efficient. They did a very professional job installing the carpet and went above and beyond to make sure the seams were in the best places to hide them. They were also very careful moving and replacing our furniture. One of the best experiences I have had in Greenwood with sales and service and I would highly recommend Joel’s for any flooring needs!"

"We met with Joel’s Floor Covering to discuss completely renovating an upstairs bathroom. We needed it done within 2 months to accommodate our Thanksgiving company. They came through even though we added extra work in our home. They totally gutted the bathroom and started from scratch. They did not pressure me during the time that I was looking for the right color and the kind of wood I want! They want me to take my time of my decision. "We closed on our home August 25th. A few days prior I called Joel's Floor Coverings and spoke with Blake about carpet possibilities. He guided me through different options, and said to come in Friday after we closed to pick out the carpet in person. He recommended coming in person because carpet online looks very different; he was right and I ended up choosing one I didn't think I wanted until I was actually in person viewing it. They were extremely gracious when I came in, friendly (felt like we left with immediate friends), and were able to book my install for the following Wednesday. This was super important because we couldn't move into the home until the carpet was done so this timing was perfect, quick, and efficient. The final product turned out beautiful and those who have visited have already asked the brand and type of carpet because they too want to have it installed.
