Crickets. Knowing the ridiculousness of the supply chain issues, this was a time sensitive order in my opinion, so I called 84 lumber, emailed them the quote, the gentleman called me back an hr later to tell me he could match the price and time frame and they took my CC number over the phone and the door and window system was ordered. GBS Management and Ownership, I am in sales. URGENCY is a word that needs to be injected into your business model desperately. If you lost $6,000 that easy (which I know isn't that much) how many dollars in business are you losing a month simply because a "salesman" (I use that term loosely) couldn't spend 45 seconds calling a customer to get a Credit Card number for the order?"
