"Extremely impressed with the staff at this location. Walked in without any appointment and was looking to upgrade my putter. I was immediately greeted by a few staff members. After describing what I was looking for specifically, I was given multiple putter options from both the floor and behind the counter to try out. Roland was my club fitting specialist and could not have been more helpful. He gave me several options to help me find what felt comfortable and even gave some club recommendations that would save me money. He made sure that I had plenty of opportunity to practice on the putting green. At the end of the day I settled on the PING PLD putter. I’m extremely impressed by the club but to be honest I was even more impressed by the staff. Thanks so much for the help guys! Keep up the great work. I’ll definitely be back!"

"After checking out the clubs I wanted , I came in a second time prepared to buy a set of clubs valued at over $1000 despite the fact that I was pretty much ignored when I was in the first time. I was given pretty good customer service by the young salesperson who spent time with me and was helpful until I asked about trading in my current clubs. The manager (I suppose) was summoned and he insulted me by offering $19 for my current set of clubs. I’m thinking he wasn’t taking me seriously perhaps because of the way I was dressed which was different from his preppy golf look. I was so shocked and offended that I turned and left. I then promptly went home and ordered the clubs that I wanted online. So much for buying local. I’ll never do business with this company again. They obviously no nothing about customer service."
