"The bow shop has a lot of inventory but the owner Greg is rude and don’t know how to manage his time well. Drove 1.5 hours to purchase bow just for him to tell me he wouldn’t do it that day after calling him multiple times to setup appointment. I’ll never spend another dime at this place. Go support other bow shops in the state that have more knowledgeable and friendlier staff."

"Came in a few months back to purchase a gun. The guy who assisted was helpful. I had to do a background check that was submitted while waiting. I was told it would take 30min - 60min since I didn't have carry permit. After waiting for over an hour, I was told I would be called back when it was complete. After calling 5 different times over a 2 month period, and being told 5 different things as to why my background hasn't come back, I'm no longer interested in doing business with this company. I wanted to give them a chance bc they were locally owned but I'm not sure if they even wanted my business. I have since received my permit and will be doing business out of Greenwood going forward when purchasing a gun."

"Greg is the best bow-tech I’ve met. Period. My new Mathews Phase 4 had been set up by a bow shop in Columbia and there were numerous issues. After a number of trips there with inconsistent results, I saw all the reviews online about Greg at HH and gave him a call. He was very helpful on the phone and said if I was patient when I got there ( he’s a busy guy because he’s good ) he would take care of me. I drove an hour and 40 minutes and when I got there I was #3 in line. Both the guys in front of me had driven over an hour also. One had been coming to Greg for 20 years. He didn’t rush anyone. We all sat around and talked. A bunch of guys who love bow hunting. On average each customer was with him a couple hours on their bows. When he got to me it was the same thing. He checked it out and recognized numerous things that had been set up incorrectly at the other bow shop and said “I’m just going to start from scratch and do the whole thing.” Music to my ears. 2 1/2 hours later my bow was dialed. This place is amazing if you’re a bowhunter. I’ll make that drive anytime I need work on my bow from now on. It’s that much better than anywhere else."
