"I have a problem where they delay prescriptions without notification. Usually I am not notified. I try to refill a week or so in advance due to this. On occasion, if I forget to refill early, I have to reach out to my physician directly to get any help. In the past the pharmacy would call the doctor and everything was fine. Usually I have to wait in line a long time in line to get any service, even if I’m the only one back there.Then to find out only part of a subscription is ready. Drive through is hit or miss at best. The females that work there usually are pretty good, but the male pharmacist is usually the source of my dissatisfaction. I regularly see cashiers working in the back to help out. I try to be patient and understanding of people, but I think it’s time to switch pharmacies after seeing a decline in service over the past year or so. I used to love this pharmacy and have been loyal for years. I’m tired of being frustrated."
