"I have a KHS bike that I purchased online, and the frame cracked. Bikeworx is my closest KHS dealer. They helped me by getting hold of the dealer. Sadly the bike is out of warranty but Eric at Bikeworx helped me determine what the part is made from, and I will hopefully find a welder fix this bike. Bikeworx people are top notch. "I've only been here twice, but both times was amazing. First trip I had bought a folding bike off FB Marketplace. I kinda got burned and whereas Eric could have sold me all kinds of stuff he was up front and honest. The second time I had a bike gifted to me that I wanted to use for some road riding. I brought the bike in. He took a look up on the stand and asked me a few questions. Then, made his suggestions based on the bike and what I wanted to do with it.
