"Been a minute since coming go an actual store but happy I stopped in. Great selection of items and brands, literally stocking more while I was shopping. The employee was very helpful and gave some great direction on what I was looking for. Will be back!"

"Just spent 45 minutes on the internet attempting to place and order, approx $120. the order never went through, gave me 4 separate errors. I contacted the local store to report, they gave me customer service phone number. Spoke with customer service, unable to see my cart, willing to place my order if i told her what I had ordered, which of course, what easy as I had taken 45 minutes to research the products and couldn't recall each item. So frustrating. Called the local store back to inform them that i was still not happy with the fact that noone could see my order. Local 'manager' was irritated and said she couldn't help me. I would hope that someone, somewhere, in the Vitamin Shoppe company would be concerned that they just lost business and likely future business. We'll see if anyone from the company calls me back. Waste of time."
