"I bought these jeans at American Eagle that I have bought many times over for years. However my last pair of jeans started getting holes in the thighs in 3 months. I’ve never had a pair of jeans that didn’t last much longer than that!"
"My daughter and I walked in today feeling defeated after going to several stores and not finding anything she felt comfortable in that also meets school dress codes. Instantly, Ellie greeted us and gave us hope of finding everything we’d need. We met Michelle who made us feel like we were the only people in the store even though she was still helping other customers. Dakota spoke with us as we were explaining our story of frustration and made us feel right at home. Michelle then helped us find so many great jeans and some cute tops. We walked with heads held high to the register where we got to talk with Dakota some more. She had us laughing the whole time. Every employee in there at one point spoke to us and made us feel welcome. We left there feeling like our family just grew. We will definitely be back and sending friends to this store!"
"I’ve come and gone from this location several times due to rude staff but, the past two times I’ve went, I could tell something was different. My first positive interaction in a while was with Ellie. She was very polite and helped me try to find a pair of shorts. I will definitely be going back more often."
"If they could lower their Jean prices....and actually keep their makes the same for every pant. They would be doing a lot more business. If I am going to spend 60$ on one pair of jeans. I expect them not to draw up...and for the same type of jeans to fit fairly the same. American Eagle is more based toward smaller people."
