"I like the store and the people that were there are very nice and friendly but we had ordered a thanksgiving dinner from there and it didn't taste good as well as we were hoping cause for the first time I had never had to cook and I wished that I had done it myself very disappointed for the price of the meal nothing in the box wasn't anything named brand"

"Ran in to grab some things for my mom. You definitely pay for convenience because their prices are outrageous compared to other grocery stores. When I went to check out the chip on my mom’s debit card wouldn’t work. The cashier was quite rude about the issue & called a manager up. The manager wasn’t any nicer & told me that if the chip wouldn’t work then there wasn’t anymore they could do. Their machines don’t allow you the option to swipe your card or for the cashier to manually enter your number. So, needless to say I wasted 30+ minutes in the store just to walk out empty handed."

"This store is always well-stocked, has a great meat selection, and I have never had to wait in line at a register. They always have multiple lines open. Perfect for a quick visit, or a full grocery shopping trip. Highly recommend Gilbert IGA!!"
