"I have finally found my forever go-to nail salon!! This is only my 2nd time coming here but I knew I’d be back before they were even done with my first set! I’ve had 2 different people do my nails so far and both of them took their time to make sure each nail’s shape/length was perfect! Everyone who works there is super nice and friendly as well! If you are looking for a nail salon please go here you will not be disappointed!"

"First time visiting this salon and I arrived two hours before closing, not too many folks which was nice and they started on me right away. One of the owners did my pedicure and she was pleasant. The manicurist was not very pleasant nor warm. Very cold and did not seem to enjoy her job. I did take some photos of my pedicure and clear coat manicure. I do not get anything fancy done but still enjoy the massage and relaxation. No one offer me anything to drink? Nothing negative to say so I may try for a second time. Nothing extraordinary about the customer service or services. The prices are on the higher end so hopefully next time I may feel like I got t money’s worth."

"Tracy, Evie, and the rest of the team at Mt Pleasant Nails and Spa are so phenomenal, and worth the visit. Tracy has been my nail tech since I started getting SNS, and she is hands down one of the most talented nail techs I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing my nails. In the time I have seen Tracy, she’s always gone above and beyond to not only explain to me why she’s doing something to my nails, but make sure that I am 100% satisfied with my nails. She remembers every little quirk about how I like my nails, from the shape I prefer and the length I like, to the types of dip I love, to the style of designs I like. She’s not only extremely talented with SNS, but also extremely talented at nail art. In the past couple of months as I have bought my own dip, she’s gone above and beyond to give me extremely unique nails that are above and beyond what I could have imagined. While I have always seen Tracy, I know from being around her and Evie the past couple of years that Evie possesses the same talents and skills not only when it comes to nails, but also to customer service. The two of them, and the rest of their team, will go above and beyond what you could ask for to make sure that you are happy with your nails."

"Absolutely, hands down, the best nail salon I’ve been too. Not only are the employees passionate and knowledgeable but they also are efficient and kind. I felt so welcomed and wanted there. Everyone I talked to was so happy and it was truly the best nail service I’ve ever received. I am very picky about my nails, as I get dip on my natural nails, and I never had to speak up or correct anything once. I’ve never had that happen.
