"I bought furniture from him. Instead of giving me a new set, he gave me the one on the floor. When I asked him about it he apologized and said for the inconvenience that he would give me a free cleaning anytime, when the time came for the cleaning he stated he don’t do any cleaning. I would never purchase anything else from this store."

"Awful. I'll never shop there again nor would I recommend them to anyone else. Purchased a couch (Feb 17) , was promised same day delivery. What I got instead was a used couch full of ant as a "loaner" couch because it turns out the one that I was assured was in the warehouse was in fact not there. The loaner couch was a used, tattered, dirty couch that smelled. I was promised the couch I actually ordered would be delivered a few days later. A total of 10 days went by with absolutely no communication. When I did call (Feb 27) , I was told to call the next day. When I called the next day I was told call in an hr. I called in 2 hrs, my call was answered then I was hung up on and my calls were denied the remainder of the day. I showed up that same day and the store was closed. I arrived on the 28th and there was actually an very helpful employee there who called the original employee who sold me the couch. The original employee stated that the couch had been delivered and they would bring it the following day. When the delivery driver did arrive ( March 2) he joked that it was still the wrong couch. Then he informed me that he had actually just got back from Columbia picking up the couch."

"I wish I could give a negative OR 1/3 of a star because of the negative attitude and customer service that the owner gave me. I purchased a mattress from this company on 5/12/2020 was told it would be delivered Fri no later than Monday. 3 weeks went by I called and went by 1 time and each time i was told next week ect and that Covid.19 was the hold up. The next time I went by the owner said it would be in that Friday or that he would do a refund plus 10% well that day never came. Finally I went on June 5th and ask for refund and the same owner told me Covid 19 was the hold up in which I clearly understand but he knew this before he accept my payment. I said to him if you get the mattress in this week I would come back to purchase the owner started I don't want you to come back since you could wait. Smh what a way to talk to.customer. DON'T SHOP AT THIS STORE YOU WILL BE SORRY"

"So my mother ordered living room furniture from Lamar. Delivery set for 5 weeks. Well we are going on 10 weeks. Called to check on order multiple times. Lamar said he would check on order and call back. No return call. Keeps trying to replace order with a show room set that is wrong color and not what we want. Keeps telling us warehouse has delays. Furniture has been paid for and we are paying interest. To the point where order will have to bee disputed or taken to claims court. Poor customer service and communication. Update talked to lamar it would be another 7-10days. Yeah nope. You said another 7-10days 3 weeks ago. Very rude once again poor service. Like pulling teetn to get this business to provide details on order."
