"My visit the other day was a mixture of good and bad. The associates were very friendly and helped me find decorations for my special needs daughter's birthday. You store manager, however, is very snarky and sarcastic. The way she talked to her employees over the radio is embarrassing. I immediately felt sorry for the associate that was helping me. I've noticed in the last year or so, the revolving door of employees at this store. I'm guessing she's the reason why."

"Love this store. The staff is amazing, friendly, and hard-working. They will help you bring all your best creative ideas to life. I can always find exactly what I need. The store is clean. They have public bathrooms. If they don't have something you need, they'll usually always give you ideas of where else it can be found. Who doesn't love a store that puts their Halloween out in July for those of us who like to get started early. Best party store in the area."
