"I brought my grandson in for a haircut. I had to have the beautician fix several areas that were not properly done. I fixed one area myself when we got home. I was not impressed and will not return to that location."
"I am not sure the staff or ownership understand the concept of digital lines and check ins. Been going here since it opened up for the convenience but that has become less than ok with the rotating staff and old-school mentality of a haircut place. I rely on the virtual line to manage my schedule as a single parent, like most responsible people. When I am next in line and show up as expected, it shouldn't matter how long people have been sitting in the facility, I should still be next to get cut as advertised. The rotating staff make it difficult to get or communicate a similar haircut most times. I don't really care because it'll grow back, but for someone more concerned, I wouldn't come here."
"Got only a hair cut for a good price, especially for being a female. Prior to going there, I had long frizzy and damaged hair with layers. I had dyed/bleached my hair many times as well as applied constant heat. I needed a clean up and that’s what I got. I feel like it’s back on the road to being healthy. It’s a good place to go when ever you just want a quick trim. And the customer service was really good as well."
