"Great overall experience! I live in the Atlanta area, and was shocked to find out that I could get furniture delivered as quickly as three days. I did a Phone order, the people who helped me over the phone were super helpful, described pieces in detail, sent me pictures of colors with different lighting variations. The great service continued with two awesome delivery drivers! They moved extremely quickly since it was raining outside, they centered my Table perfectly, and did a great job! Would buy here again in a heartbeat."
"I wish I could give 0 stars! I have to say the delivery team was very polite. The issue was the owner Joe. I bought a distressed coffee table you can clearly see the table was repaired looked like a light pink putty or wood filler. When I got on the phone with Joe he was extremely rude and told me he saw no issue with the table. He argued that he didn’t see an issue. All I wanted was for him to exchange it. He refused and said I could drive up to Greenville and pick up the one on the floor from the store. I live in Charlotte, I paid for delivery! I asked him why he couldn’t just send a exchange next time they had delivery’s in Charlotte he simply said he didn’t want to. I can’t believe a owner would not care about its paying customer. I expect my full refund and will never buy or recommend this store! Look at the pictures I attached first picture is the actual picture at the store. Other two picture show were they try to repair the one they brought to my home. Response to Joe- Your response is nothing like you acted on the phone. Just to clarify I was the one who told you I would never shop at your store or recommend you. Please make sure you remit full refund of $899.99."
