"I've been to Chiptole twice till now and both the times the rice were undercooked. This can lead to stomachaches. Would highly ask Chiptole to look into this. Rest of the toppings were good."

"Really thought this was going to be a better experience but I was proved wrong. ☹️ No sizzle on the grill and meat was in a tub. The bowl was cold (mostly because of the toppings) and no real way to hear it at home except to try to separate everything which was impossible. Ever try getting sour cream off steak? Or hot guac? Oh well, at least the commercial was delicious. Also more pricey than expected. $35 for lunch for 2 with carne asada."

"The place is very dirty. Needs serious cleaning. When I told the girl that I hardly can see the food she didn’t show any reaction. I thought she didn’t hear me, then I decided to tell the same to another girl and the reaction was no reaction. The chicken in my bowl was overcooked and very dry. When we went to find seats, the chairs were so dirty that we started to look at every table to start our lunch. When I started to take pictures of the restaurant we noticed that girls started to clean the glass panel where you make orders, we noticed that it seemed very difficult to do it because it was so dry and old dirt."
