"They tried to charge me 90 dollars for this set. Luckily I had a coupon and I used my student discount. I knew when I came that I wanted a marble design on my nails and some jewels. When I asked my nail tech how much it was for designs he couldn't tell me. "It just depends". The sign it says "35 & up" for gel. And "5 & up" for designs. What the heck is "& up"? When I asked them how it came to 90 dollars the tech (Ricky) said 45 dollars for gel. Why am I being 45 dollars? Because the wind blew west? I got one color in gel. I got one designed nail. So y'all charged me 5 dollars per nail to have some jewels plopped on? He also said the length. These nails are barely mid length. They were all "friendly" and that's why they get 3 stars but the overall lack of concise pricing or the willingness to explain pissed me off. It shows a lack of respect for the customer and their hard earned money. I just wanted to treat myself for my birthday but situations like this make me not want to use a business. My nails weren't even that long. I at MOST expected to pay 70-75 dollars depending on what I got which wasn't much. The lady (Amelia?) at the front desk didn't seem to care. All I got was "sorry about that" like I didn't just get ripped off. I won't be back."

She even let me come in before their regular opening time to get my nails done for a trip. Definitely recommend coming here!!"
