"I went in to get a polish change. I had a customer waiting ahead of me. Another customer walks in with her daughter about 30 mins after i did. When a chair became available, the customer who came after me got it. When she saw the look on my face she mentioned i was there first. I didnt make a big deal. When the next chair became available, the customer's daughter got that one. By this time i was livid because i had been there for over an hour and people were getting served before me! I dont care if i was spending $5 or $100...right is right and their customer service sucked! The last time i went, i was there before a customer and the nail tech stopped on my toes to wax her eyebrows! I guess my time dont matter like everybody else's so my money wont either because i will never go back! If i could give them 0 stars, i most definitely would!"
