"Owner said “personal decision not to sell to non-citizens,” another worker followed up with “ we usually ask people when we think they aren’t citizens.” I let them know I have a NYS issued pistol permit and I have been in the country paying taxes since 97. He replied “ it’s not you, it’s my decision.” I’ve never experienced discrimination of any sort so I found it to be an extremely awkward situation considering I have a NYS license to carry."

"Walked in here with no knowledge of firearms other than what I’ve seen online. Stephanie walked me through and showed me multiple firearms. She explained how they worked what difference was, what different parts move in which way and a lot more! She made me comfortable and felt very informed about my purchase. I was also briefly helped by Mia who was also very knowledgeable, they made me feel at home and welcomed I will be using this place for all my firearm needs and will be recommending everyone to do the same."

"So, I have not been that in a few years it was ok at first, but not the best customer service from the one guy was hoping for the amount that I spent there it would have been better. He seemed kind of rude at times. There were two workers there, the one guy he had a finger cast on. He was really nice and helped me out with some questions the other guy not so much. I would be afraid to go back there and don't even get me started on this new law CRAZY!"
