"Don Leonard was unbelievably unprofessional and so rude! Horrible personality. I explained to him what I was looking for and issues I’d been experiencing with color. His response was if I wasn’t comfortable with him and his abilities, I could leave and find another hair stylist. I should have! He was defensive and bragged of his list of credentials, which clearly were untrue. My hair came out so bad, he immediately tried to fix it. The fix was no better. I was at the salon for approximately 5-6 hours. And of course, I had to have another salon do a color correction."
