"I had my hair colored by Hayley and was extremely disappointed, because I went to have my grays covered. The color she mixed for me was not a good match with the rest of my hair and afterwards my grays weren't colored. I told her that I could still see grays, and she didn't seem concerned, plucked one of my gray hairs out and said it looked good. She put very little product in my hair, and didn't even blow dry it. When my hair dried, it was very frizzy and multiple grays were showing."
