"Very disappointed with the attitude of the nail technician who assisted me. He hurt my toe cutting the cuticle and kept sanding the sides of my fingers, made sarcastic remarks to me and apparently was annoyed I got the dip powder. It was recommended to me, during my last visit, since my nails are very fragile. He sanded and sanded and roughly filed my nails with the roughest file, didn’t communicate what he wanted me to do and just pointed. He told me “what were you thinking, gel is the same.” Other rude comments as well. I was not given his name."
"I loved my entire visit here. The staff was absolutely amazing. I was greeted when I walked in and offered a beverage. Then put right in a chair with the sweetest nail technician. I felt at home and very relaxed. It was so clean and really nice in there. My favorite thing about it was that I didn't smell any chemicals. That was a first. I will definitely be back with my mom and daughter."

"I had my nails done 3 days ago with the powder dip and the dip has chipped off and he didn’t even cover the entire nail. I have a lot of white showing through. This was my second time going here and this was not what I expected for the price I paid. Update: my nails were fixed with no questions asked. I am still a regular customer here and absolutely love the folks and service."
