"This beach access is adjacent to Wyndham properties. There is limited parking roadside and at the access entrance. This beach is alongside the inlet and not on the ocean side. The sand is firm and easy to walk on. Horshoecrabs, all types of water birds, jellyfish, and dolphins are common attractions. The beach is rather large and pristine and extends 4.5 miles. There are no lights on the beach because of the turtles. At one point, beach erosion reveals the history of the beach. At low tide, the beach is wide enough for all activities. My 4 star rating is for the beach access, not the beach. Nature always gets a 5."
