First the marina forgot to put the drain plug back on the boat but Bill noticed it missing got us a new one and installed it right there on the ramp. If that wasn’t enough later on that night at about 10pm we noticed our boat was filling with water I called Bill, he helped troubleshoot over the phone and decided to come meet us with his dad from a good distance away and saved the day once again, he found the problem was with a tube and a valve he quickly shut.
