"The employees all lack simple basic intelligence. This location doesn't have all there menu options available. When they have a promotion currently going on, they commonly use the phrase "We're not doing that right now" Expect a long wait. Terrible atmosphere. Rude and lazy staff. Floors always wet. Bathrooms smell. The guy who takes the trash out will side swipe your car with the big grey bin. Good luck."
"It took 10 min to receive 2 breakfast sandwiches and an ice tea. That was from the time the order was made at the kiosk and receiving the bag of food. No one else was queued."
"The service here is great. The manager in particular was of tremendous help. Would highly recommend this mcdonalds, but only during the day. The night crew is overly rude."
"The drive in made us wait at the speaker until the coupon code was expired before allowing us to take our order. When I complained about this, the man said, "We have equipment that breaks just like errybody else so order or leave." I was shocked, so I said he really shouldn't be having an attitude when I'm bringing up a problem he created. He told me I had an attitude and I can go if I don't like it."
