"Just left this store purchasing some foot care items. A customer(couple) in front of me obviously knew the employee. I shop there frequently but never seen this employee before. She offered them a free mother day bag, her words were “Would you like a Mother’s Day bag? We’re giving them out for free for Mother’s Day?” The customer said sure, she’ll give it to her mom. Now, I’m with my baby girl and I’m next and she asked if that’s all that I’m getting, the foot care stuff and I said yes, gave my #since I’ve been a Sally’s customer for years. She did not ask if I wanted a Mother’s Day bag. I didn’t say anything but I think she was quite negligent in her service, I won’t be shopping there again. I’m a mother and I had my baby girl with me. You have to be careful how you treat people. If she didn’t have any more, she could have said that but I did see them. In toccoa sallys, I shopped with them a decade ago a lot and they were always friendly and made sure I got my items and free things because of my service. I’ll drive the extra 30 minutes over there"

"Went to Sally's yesterday to purchase products to both bleach and dye my hair. The two employees working there at the time were Jayden and Kaitlyn and they were beyond helpful!!! Jadyen was especially so in helping me find the right products and explaining the processes carefully. Excellent customer service, would definently buy from this specific location again!"

"I was at work up the complex and I asked a friend to run in before they closed and get me something I use so that my hair doesn't fry when I blow dry it. She got the wrong thing a couple of times so I finally just took my break and went to exchange it quickly. It was 12 minutes before they closed and the girl locked the door literally in my face, smirked, and walked off. I've gone before and no one has been out front for periods of time and as I walked toward the break room door I could hear them laughing and having a good ole time. Also while I was employed at the store up the complex the manager with the short brown hair would walk in, rearrange our merchandise, pull sales stickers off of sale items and put them on full priced items and try to get away with it at check out but even the new employees knew she was a joke."

"Good products and great prices. Only issue here is staff really has no patience for those that have a lot of questions about products. They are also not very knowledgeable so they just push a product on you to get the sale and get you to stop asking questions."
