"If I could give "0" stars, i would. I gave the team here a few chances as I did another location, the first couple of times I let it go as the cut was not so bad but the last time, literally the LAST time I ever visit a great clips was last Saturday. I have been trying to grow my hair out for 6 months, and each time I ask for a specific cut, and I may as well be talking to the wall, it would listen more. The lady there, cut my right side clearly an inch shorter than the left, and well the back was cut as well, when I specifically told her NOT to take any off the top, yet she insisted that it needed to be trimmed to help it grow faster, well not when it's NOT EVEN and you don't listen and do as you please. Learn how to cut a person's hair, or find another profession, maybe as a butcher, for that's what you did to 6 months of hair growth you destroyed! Don't waste your time or money on this place nor the one on Wade Hampton in the Food Lion shopping plaza. Men, go to Sport Clips, ladies I have no clue where to send you. Great Clips, you lost a customer due to lack of customer service or care by your staff, it's not their hair, it's ours. They are there to consult, not do as they please! Train your people to listen, cut hair as requested, not do what they think is right, and for the love of God, TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMER! I'm done with Great Clips"
