"So my daughter went into the store to order her sandwich. She went in with her mask on. The young lady taking her order said, “I can’t hear you with your mask on.” My daughter pulled the mask away from her face. She didn’t take it off. She started to repeat her order and the young lady yelled at her and said she couldn’t take her order because she took her mask off, which she didn’t do, and walked away. The young man working apologized profusely for the young lady’s behavior and finished taking her order. When it was time to pay the young lady refused to take her payment. My daughter had to wait on the young man to finish an order to pay for her sandwich. Needless to say as long as that young lady is working there no one in my family will be back. Someone needs to learn some manners and customer service!"
"Last couple times we’ve ordered subway and they never put any condiments on the subs. I gave them one last chance tonight and still just meat and cheese. No oil, vinegar, Mayo or anything. I will for now on only eat fire house and Jersey mikes subs. Always happy with them."
