"Service was great food was great but the bathroom was disgusting everything was great"

"Not that you ever expect phenomenal service from any McDonald’s location..however, this location has to be one of the worst because they couldn’t care less. My wife & I have visited 4-5 times, 2 of which I know we went through the drive-thru & the other 2-3 times we placed a curbside order through their app. For drive thru orders-always asked to pull up & sit for at least 15-20 minutes before having to go inside & our order is sitting on the counter. Each curbside order we’ve placed we’ve had to go inside after waiting for 20+ minutes to hear a team member say, “oh I sorry, I don’t know what had happened” after walking inside & the order magically disappear . Any other term besides “service” should be used to refer to this location (likely entire company) because the wait is always drawn out much longer than necessary & no one on staff cares about serving their guests. This review was likely a waste of my time & anyone else’s time who chose to read it but I hope at least one person will read all of their poor reviews & choose to eat literally anywhere else or not at all."

"I came to this location on December 13 at 9:52 AM. I waited in the outer drive-through for almost 10 minutes while the inner drive-through had five or six cars be served. I finally just said the hell with it, and I drove up to the drive-through window. The lady said that it was not her problem because she was not the one taking orders. I said that’s fine. I just wanna place my order so I can go. I asked for a bacon, egg and cheese McMuffin. I’ve always ordered the same thing the same way. A bacon, egg, and cheese McMuffin. She actually had to fight with me saying that next time I should order a McMuffin sub bacon then she tried to fight with me about orange juice, saying that it was one size only. I spoke to the manager, but this is absolutely ridiculous."

"Every time I come to this one, it gets worse. Last time, I had to watch as they gave my shake to other people in the drive thru. After 10 minutes I had to get out of my car and ask them about them. Only gave me 1 shake because they're machine "broke". I shouldn't have to pay almost $10 for a meal with a chicken tender. Very disappointed. On top of that, there was a long line, and people in all the "waiting" spots."
