"I ordered a medium Oreo blizzard, which cost $5.23, got home, opened my cup and the ice cream is as white as snow, I only have a few crumbs of Oreos. If I wanted vanilla ice cream, I would have ordered that and saved $3. Do Better!!! People are spending their hard earned money and you should make certain they get what the order and nothing less!"

"One of your staff members was eating fries off the bagging station while bagging food (not sure if they were from someone’s order or had fallen on the trays). No one was wearing gloves. There was paper in my hamburger and the bacon was more like a pile of goo. Went back and you were closed for the night. I would like to be refunded since I obviously did not eat this. Thank you."

"Love DQ. Had a couple cheeseburgers and fries. And of course a Heath blizzard! Fries were awesome but the burgers nominal. Service was a bit slow but everything was hot and fresh that way."
