"I’ve been coming to this lake since I was a kid, & never have I watched so many people be badgered by a flash light cop with absolutely NO people skills. I told her that I was going to report her, and she stated I don’t care! I asked for her name is Oliver! Not to mention she closed my door! My cousin and son and a few others from the park were playing football. And she came and told them they had to stop. This lady is racist and only kept bothering the black and Mexicans. Please see the picture. I am 42 and traveled from Georgia to be with family. This is sad. She has no people skills."
"The best kept secret, only thirty minutes from Chapin. We love it here. A bit crowded in the weekends, but weekdays, you almost have the whole place to yourself. Fishing isn't great off the banks, but a great place to set a kayak or swim. Only four stars. People, not the park; seem to always leave a bit of trash behind."
"They have definitely upgraded! DNR and local law enforcement patrol frequently, place is clean, there's a nice playground, restrooms, and always good fishing. Make sure you keep those $10 fishing licenses up to date. Awesome place for families!"
