"This is the third time we tried Toco Bell. The first two times,we didn't get anything because the drive-through was closed. Due to a lack of help. Well, they had the help this week. But they were tweckers! They didn't get the order, right? Even after we had to correct them more than once! Had to wait for the food, too."

"If you pay 20 dollars for a box of food. It should fresh and hot...fries were mixed with old fries and fresh fries...the chicken was hard along with the hard biscuits... smh...but the service was awesome."

"Biscuits were burnt Mac and cheese was crusty old and dry. Waited 8 minutes to be served from the from counter. Managers walked by without greetings or care for anything besides drive thru speed. Food was forgotten with no apology made. Definitely not up to par with KFC standards of treating every customer like a friend in your home. No hospitality at all smh"

"There really is no care at all put into it. Grease dripping out into the bag. Food dumped out into the bag. My hard shell tacos are smothered in grease and soggy as hell. It looks disgusting. It tastes disgusting. The absolute worse experience I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell"
