"This Wendy's always has cold burgers. Buns are cold, cheese not melted. Fast service. All Wendy's bathrooms in Anderson are nasty. We visit often bc my son loves frostys so I know for sure this is true."
"Went through the drive through and they didn’t have my husbands food or the other drink I ordered. I was told that I would have to drive back through the drive through to place another order. Really needs customer service skills worked on at this location. Also, needs drive through individual not placed at the second window they cannot concentrate with 15 people walking around them."
"The staff was amazing. We came in as a huge church group from out of town (46 people) and the service was incredible. All of our orders were right, the staff was exceptionally patient, and the restaurant was very clean. We were so grateful that this was such a great experience and look forward to coming back next year."
"Bunch of fiends that don't wanna work at night. Placed a mobile order over an hour before they closed, showed up, nobody had a headset on to take an order at the drive through waited 10 minutes for no one to answer. Supervisor came to the window saying they didn't have my order twice yet when I showed him my order proof and that it was paid for said he couldn't fulfill it. Trash work ethic!"
