"It was my first time here at the suggestion of family and I can say Marks didn't disappoint. We started with a pick 3 of sweet potato fries, fried pickles, and an onion basket. It was well presented and well cooked. Our burgers were absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. To top it off we ordered one of their famous shakes. I can say my pregnant wife, whose main thing is shakes right now, almost died. It was humongous and delicious. The service was A1 and friendly. Great job Marks!!!"

"We love coming here! The atmosphere, food, and drinks are amazing. This is very family friendly complete with available high chairs for the littles. We ordered a variety of burgers and the trio of fries and we all enjoyed our selections. The parmesan truffle fries are definitely the fan favorite! Also, if you come here, you MUST order one of their legendary milkshakes. You will not be disappointed! They can easily be split two or three ways... But no judgement if you don't feel like sharing!"

"Burgers were great! We ordered the hangover brunch burger and the beer essentials burger and both were really good; the beer essentials burger could have used some more beer cheese on it though. The Parmesan truffle fries were crispy and had tons of flavor. We also ordered the strawberry cheesecake freakshake, it was ok and definitely plenty to share, but it was a little watery and not the usual consistency of a milk shake. We went on a Tuesday afternoon around noon and were seated right away. Service wasn’t the best; we were one of two tables and we waited about 15 min before our server came to get our drink order."

"Stopped by this place during Fall Fest. It was my first time ever dining here and let me just say, I had a phenomenal experience! My server was Titus and he was absolutely amazing, so whenever you stop by, ask for him. He made sure my table was satisfied, made sure we were comfortable, and by the time I ordered a milkshake, the person assigned to make it had already left, but Titus took over and made it and he did not disappoint. The food and milkshake was a 10/10, I definitely recommend, and I will be coming again! Also, the atmosphere was great. I absolutely loved it!"

"Caroline was an excellent host! I was with a party of more than 6 people, and the restaurant was able to accommodate all of us without any hesitation. So that was a good start! It was around noon, so the weather was already setting up for a great vibe. The ambiance in the restaurant was inviting, too. For food, we all had a burger or sandwich each, except for an order of wings. Everybody enjoyed their meal, but I'll speak for mine: I had the "What the Cluck?" which is a grilled chicken sandwich. Its chicken was well-cooked, so it was juicy and tasty. I had switched the bread for a brioche bun. It was good but not fully fresh; the bottom bread piece was crumbly. But everything else was all right! I had it with a full order of Loaded Fries. They were good but weren't the best-loaded fries I've had: to my taste, they were too soggy and lacked a bold flavor its ingredients suggest. The shakes may look special, but they aren't. And I believe they are supposed to be, so I'll blame the absence of consistency in making them. It was too runny, and the brownie was cold, so it was a bit hard to eat it. Too much presentation had us with high expectations, but so were the disappointments. Service-wise, I'd recommend this burger joint. Food-wise, they "are there," but in my experience, they need to nudge up their quality to keep up to other burger places in the area."
