Chipotle Mexican Grill

"I have never had a worse restaurant experience in my life. My husband and I have come to this location numerous time and have been disappointed almost every time. They are either out of something, open only for online orders, are staffed with people who do not seem to care about their job, mess/mix up online orders, or have a completely trashed dining room. I understand mistakes happen, which is why we continued to give second chances. However, after my most recent visit, we will not be returning to this location again. When we ordered our food they were out of their tomato and corn salsa among other things. I saw the empty bowl for the corn salsa I usually get and specifically asked the employee if they had any more in the back. She directly told me they were all out (in a very annoyed tone), yet a few minutes later when the line cleared they brought out a brand new container of it. She made no effort to even attempt to get more and did not seem to care at all about customer satisfaction. I understand that working in fast food is tough (I did it for 4 years), but her attitude and lack of care for her job was unacceptable. Also once the line died down, the entire staff continued to stand around, talking and doing nothing all while the dining room remained in complete disarray, the drink station was not stocked, food was not prepped, etc. I promise I am not one to complain, but this experience was by far the worst I've EVER had and I felt that it was important to warn others about this place and how their employees treat customers."

"Came in at 6pm. This place was an absolute train wreck. I ordered a salad with dressing and they had no dressing. I ordered a fountain drink and they had no ice. I ordered chips and they were over baked and brown. The food bins were down to the bottom scraps and no one was in the process of refilling anything. The place was absolutely filthy. The tables were all dirty and the floors and countertops were even worse. See attached photos. Get your act together Chipotle. I will never visit this location again. What a waste of $24"

"This place just keeps getting worse. During our last visit the place was dirty (behind counter, tables, floor), food was cold and steak was dried out, trash cans were overflowing, napkin dispensers were empty, soda machine was broken and only serving room temperature drinks, ice machine not working. The people behind the counter seemed lost as well. What a shame, we love Chipotle but will probably not come back to this location."

"Walked in 6pm one person at the counter We have a family of 6 joining us so looked for a group of clean tables. All the table were very dirty,, no plastic ware, food on streamline was either empty or dried up. Asked for chip but was told they were out. The glass entry doors were so covered in fingerprints you couldn’t see out of them. We would have left but our grandchild wanted to meet us here for her birthday dinner. We found some paper towels in the dirty bathroom to clean the tables Gross they need to check the steam table, everything was almost cold I feel bad writing this but a Chipotle ad keeps running at it all looks so good"

"We came by for lunch and had to wait a little bit before we could order. The workers were very nice and patient even with complex orders with lots of extra stuff. One thing about dining in is that the tables inside are usually dirty and haven't been cleaned from the previous person. Other than that the food is great. They also have outdoor seating."
