Arby's 2605 Woodruff Road, Simpsonville, SC 29681

"Do not go to this Arby's, at least not for dinner. We went around 7pm approximately. I took my family here after work. It was 3 of our children, my wife and I. So 5 total. I ordered 7 of the same exact meals, (to go) because two of my oldest children (young men) were returning from work and just got home. After I paid my wife said that she would prefer to eat at the Arby's restaurant and take our two boys meals home. So I saw the lady (Caucasian) with the headset on, one food preparer (cook), and one lady (African American and extremely sweet attitude and smiling). The African American lady had stepped out, probably for a quick break or something I'm not sure. I asked the Caucasian lady, "ma'am", she said back " WHAT?!!" And very obviously and without hiding it rolled her eyes. I said " would you please put 5 of those meals on trays and 2 in bags we would like to eat here?" She said "Yah, SURE!!" Adding another eye roll and a head shake to go with it! By this point I was highly aggravated. So I said back, kinda firmly, PLEASE AND THANK YOU. Now allow me to paint the environment for you. There were zero customers in the lobby, no cars in the parking lot except ours and the employees. When I finished paying, one car came in drive-thru. I'm 43 yrs old and I do maintenance for apartment homes. I interact with people EVERY DAY, under much more difficult situations alot of times. If you don't like something about someone for whatever reason and your on the job, you STILL speak and act respectful. You can have your attitude when your shift is over. I also worked at pizza hut and McDonald's (two jobs) when I was a kid, I know the basics of the business. When i worked at McDonald's, the owner had a fancy shiny rock sitting near the drive thru window, it was engraved "Rule #1, the customer is always right. Rule #2, if the customer is ever wrong, re-read Rule #1. "Our children were all 3 standing with us overall quietly and behaving. It goes without saying "no, I did not ring the bell by the door ". I hope this woman finds something she likes to do in a area booming with businesses, cause Arby's at five forks off woodruff rd is not it. Sad part is we really liked Arby's."

"I tried the new burger it is very good. It realy gave my normal go to item of the gyro a run for its money. The staff were pleasant and friendly. The restaurant was clean and well stocked."

"Holy Hell, what happened to this location?? Worst Arby's experience ever. The food, which normally delicious was atrocious. The buffalo chicken in the sliders was severely over cooked to the point I just threw them back in the back and went for the roast beast sliders which was "crunchy". It's like the meat was the scrap at the bottom of the slab. At least the fries were good. Get on your staff management 18.00 is a lot of money to have to throw half of it away. Take a peek at that chicken and tell me if you see any white/meat??"

"We ordered 2 milkshakes at the drive thru. We asked them to make them thicker because they looked like a cup of chocolate milk. When they tried to correct it, they put a hole in one of the cups. The manager came to the window with a bullying attitude. The team looked as though they wanted to remedy the situation, but they were afraid of the manager. He refused to give us another milkshake and screamed " it will be 3 to 5 days before you get your money back""
