Bojangles

"Had to repeat my order 3 times before the girl could repeat it back to me correctly. I really think they just don't care. Food was cold at 7am, my steak biscuit tasted burnt like it was made 2 days ago, although it seems no attempt to reheat it. The coffee was cold, literally drove 3 minutes home and everything I ordered was cold and disgusting. Won't be ordering from this store ever again and I'll make sure to tell everyone to stay away"

"Fast friendly service. It appears to be a breakfast gathering place for the local senior group. Nice conversations with our elders! So many enjoyable stories to be told."

"Food was cold even after waiting 5 minutes for it. Cashier was friendly but ultimately got our order wrong. Restroom was dirty. All the booths had dirty tables even though there was only two customers in the store at the time. Not the quality Bojangles is known for. When pulling off an interstate, There are other options close to this location we suggest you give them a try and wait for the next bojangles down the road hopefully it will be the quality Bojangles has come to be known for. Owner, yes this was the correct location at 84 west mill street, Columbus, NC. Sorry but this location could use some attention."

"My daughter and I stopped by the drive thru this morning for a biscuit. I went to put my grape jelly on and noticed a kinky black hair in between my egg and biscuit. Needless to say, I lost any desire to eat after that. It was absolutely disgusting!! We went back, and I showed the cashier she apologized for the hair. I asked her if the kitchen staff wear hair nets, and she explained they were not required to wear hair nets. I worked in the restaurant industry for 15 years, and hair nets are a must bc everyone loses hair throughout the day. It's common sense that if you're preparing food for the public, you should wear a hair net!! Makes me wonder if they are even washing their hands before preparing food. We won't be back. Which is sad and inconvenient for us since we are locals."
