"Went into the office applied for a loan but ALMA was NICE but she spelled my name wrong and I have already had my identity stolen at every bank in Columbia SC MY NAME IS NOT ANITA SUMPTER my name is Anita C Sumter now one of these Anita Sumpter Taylor or Anita Sumter from Florence SC and Modesto ,Ca. And one of these person has a duplicate copy of my SC drivers license. So they told me I was qualified for the loan but wanted my title for vehicle. But, I already owe one payment on the title. So, They sent me a letter for ANITA SUMPTER I have not open the letter so they may have given her the loan and sent me a denial letter, So WHATS UP WITH this ... IDENTITY Theft I am going to send a letter to corporate office if and when I open letter if a if it claim I was deny."

I was told I was eligble to refinance my loan and recieve at minimul $1500. I asked 4 times if they were sure. I even asked if it would require colateral I was told 100% absolutley not! But jokes on me now I have a hard hit against my credit for a wopping $100. Thats right a mere fraction of what I was literally promised. All I got was oh I am sorry. The worst experiance I have ever had with customer service in any indusrty. So beware people they are nice to get you in then lie to you just to try to make a couple bucks. I Will never again seek services from this buisness. I also caution anyone who is thinking about it."
