"I filled out an application online and received an email letting me know that more information was required, which was fine. I called and provided the additional information they asked for. After three days someone else called to gather the exact same information. This person seemed angry that we even applied for services in the first place. I did not get the feeling that she wanted to help us or point us in the right direction. Her tone was disrespectful, she was borderline yelling at me, she made me feel like I was in the wrong. I would rather spend my last dime for representation than try to get help from them."
