"Going into the bank is good, but lord help ya if you need to call. You will remain on hold forever and no one will ever answer. To prove a theory, I drove to the bank while on hold. None of them were on the phone when I walked in and only one person was busy with a customer. I should be able to count on my bank answering my call, especially when in a bind because my card is being flagged for potential fraud."
"The manager at the warrenville branch couldn't be anymore rude if she was paid to be. I closed my acct and will never do business with srp again. They blame their mistakes on the customer and their employees lie to customers. I wondered why my favorite tellers left and now I know. Do you really want to trust your finances to a company that puts out an app that immediately locks out your access? Seems like there maybe should have been some beta testing. And now after a colossal mistake they blame it on the customer not having an iphone, and you cant get in touch with them via text or chat."
"While waiting in the lobby for about 45 minutes the assistant manager blatenly ignores me and ask other customers if they need assistance. After they state I was there first she then proceeded to go to lunch without so much as a glimpse in my direction. I don't feel valued as a customer or appreciated as an individual"
"I like this Bank. People always friendly and helpful. They know you by name. We have a personal and checking account here. My family banks here. We appreciate the services. Parking lot was accessible. Not hard to get in. Did not have to wait long for service. Place is always clean. Restrooms are clean. Thankful to SRP and their local banking attitude."
