"I don’t like to give bad reviews because I know people work hard for their business, but when something is not ok, one has to raise their voice to make a change for the better. I booked here because the pictures look amazing and I was coming down to propose to my girlfriend near the river walk. Upon arriving to room 226, the room smelled like weed and cigarettes, we were tired so I sprayed my cologne and went to sleep, the next morning I noticed how the floor was dirty and the furniture around the room was dirty as well. On my last day when pulling the blankets out, the main cover that protects the bed, was stain and it looked like urine, the bed sheets had fluid like spots as well. Is disgusting to know that my self and fiancé were sleeping in a dirty bed. This is not sanitary and is not ok! used my hard own money to stay in a place that looked amazing online but was the complete opposite in person. The only great thing, was the location. This hotel has potential and could be great it managed by people that care."

"A friend & I shared a king suite. Loved how spacious it is, with the couch, desk, & table in the kitchen area. Only thing is microwave didn't work & when we went to use the room phone to ask about a replacement, realized it didn't work either. Other than that, satisfied with the room & friendly staff!"

"Room was about as we expected for this price. Love the fact that it's pet friendly ($75 for 3 nights I think). Breakfast was small, but nice. I'm glad they offer a few hot items. The waffle maker was the best part. So many hotels have gotten rid of breakfast so I'm grateful to see the ones that still offer it. Room didn't have the best odor, but it was tolerable. Kind of smelt like musty cigarettes from a previous guest. It didn't bother me enough to report it to the office. Staff definitely needs to consider a deep cleaning day. I saw an empty bottle & crumbs behind the bed from another guest. Safe location & fair enough rooms for a basic stay."

"Though we did not stay here I was extremely disappointed in the compassion by the front desk. My husband and I were helping a neighbor out of the country move her car across town. On the drive the car completely began smoking and was a danger to continue driving. When going into the parking lot I had kindly asked if we could temporarily park it with the intention of leaving it there overnight while we figure out what we could do. Though I do understand people have their policies giggling while saying no and I have to tow it is not a way to show customer service. When I had asked where we could go she said no where around here. Fun fact, a local store beside them was generous enough to let us and asked if there was anything they could do to help. Customer service goes a long way, and I was disappointed in this response."

"I stayed here for a week on and off while my condominium was being worked on. The rooms are clean, the tv’s are great and the beds are comfortable. My son is hypo-allergenic so in this price range we have a hard time finding a room. I highly recommend for all of the reasons above and will also add that the staff are very professional, courteous and helpful which is something else that is hard to find at this price range."
